Car-wash poster workshop this Wednesday.

Today is a band “D” day.
8:30 – 6th Grade flutes & clarinets
9:00 – 6th Grade Saxophones
9:45 – Grade trumpets, trombone, baritone
10:15 – 6th & 7th Grade French horn
11:15 – Jazz Band

There will be Chorus for everyone today in the auditorium.

At the end of the day all students at GMS are to leave the building through the doors at the front of the building. We do not want students leaving the building by other doors like the one that leads into the staff parking lot, or by any other side door of the building. If you live in a neighborhood close to the school and are a walker, we still want you to exit the building at the end of the day like everyone else, supervised by the grown ups who are on duty at the front doors.

A reminder to Mrs. Winslow’s classes. Please bring your laptops to class today. You will need your folders, and then we’ll go to Mrs. Lord’s room for our work today.

Girls’ lacrosse practice will be at 2:30 today.

A reminder that this Saturday, May 31st from 10-3 pm there will be an 8th-Grade fund raising car wash held at Rite Aid. Students who have volunteered, please don’t forget. Notices will be handed out as to teams and times you should be there. Pass the word on about the car wash.

Eighth Grade students who signed up to make posters for the fundraising car wash will gather this Wednesday after school in the cafeteria at 2:15 to work with two parent volunteers to make posters for the event. If you signed up to help with poster making, put the time and date in your calendar, tell your family where you will be, and be there to help on Wednesday, May 28th in the cafeteria.
