Sports

Girls Soccer – An arduous battle was fought on the soccer greens of Windham Middle School as the 7th grade lady Rams took on the Eagles for a second round. Exciting goals were scored by Abbie Laporte and Katie Tucker, however things were looking pretty grim during the final minutes as it was tied 2-2 and Windham had a penalty kick….It was up to Emily “On-No-She-Didn’t.” DeLuca, who transformed into a soccer fortress, blocking the shot, and preventing the Eagles from soaring to victory. Not a bad tie ladies, well done.
