Clubs

Clay Club will meet today from 2:30-4:00

CRAFT CLUB – Craft Club will not meet again until October 21st. This will be our planning meeting for the Gorham Art Show on October 25th in the Shaw Gym.

HISTORY DAY TEAM – Attention History Day Team Members. If you have not picked up a packet from Mr. Carpenter, please do so today.

STUDENT COUNCIL – The Student Council fundraising box for the animal shelter is now available. Put any blankets, towels, sheets, food, or anything you think will help the animals in the box. Help support the animals. Also Student Council reps will be selling the bears until October 20th. Don’t forget to get your “Very Special Bear”.

Sports

FIELD HOCKEY – The 7th grade field hockey team won 2-0 against Lincoln. Field goals scored by Taylor Swift and Mylie Cyrus. Practice today after school.

The 8th grade field hockey team remains undefeated, beating Lincoln yesterday 4-1. Lily Landry and Morgan Briggs both did a great job on defense. Shannon Secord got a hat trick putting in 3 goals and Jaime Hansen also put one in the net. Great job ladies, practice tonight.

GIRLS SOCCER – Good luck to the 7th & 8th grade girls soccer team as they venture to King Middle School to slay the beasts of middle school girls soccer.
