Clubs

Ping Pong Club will meet on Thursday 2:30-4:00.

Craft Club will meet today in room B107. Please bring scissors and a ruler. We will be quilting today.

Gardening Club will meet this afternoon at 2:30 – 4:00 in Mrs. Whitaker’s room.

Band-Tuesday band classes are changed for today.

Spring Musical Auditions-Auditions will be held for the GMS Spring Musical Production of “Once Upon A Mattress” on Thursday, December 4 or Monday, December 8th from 2:30-4:00pm. Sign up is on the office wall for speaking parts and non-speaking ensemble parts. If you want to audition for a speaking role, stop by Mrs. McAtee’s room for an audition packet right away. “Once Upon A Mattress” is a musical version of “The Princess and the Pea” story by Hans Christian Andersen. Sign up today.

Seussical The Musical-Performances are Thursday, Nov. 20th & Friday, Nov. 21st 7:00 – 9:00 PM in the GMS Auditorium. Come see the show.

Mix-It-Up-Day-This is a late thank you to all those who participated and helped out on Friday to make Mix-It-Up-Day a success.
There will be a brief Civil Rights Team meeting on Wednesday during 1st lunch in the conference room. See you there.

Geography Bee preliminary rounds begin December 1. Sign up for this great event is on the cafeteria wall. School winner gets a medal; an atlas; a $100.00 savings bond; and a chance to go to the State Bee in April. Sign up today. See Mr. Carpenter for details.

Lost & Found-Please check the Lost & Found table across from the Gymnasium. Lunch boxes, water bottles, sweatshirts, coats, shoes, reading books are in the collection. All remaining Lost & Found items will be donated to Goodwill just before Thanksgiving.

Sports

Cheerleading-There will be no Middle School Cheerleading this week.

Ski Team-Please sign up for Ski Team or Club Recreation even if you already have. We need to know the numbers for racers vs. recreation skiers. Flyers are going out today so be sure to take them home to your parents. SO PLEASE SIGN UP AGAIN ON THE CAFETERIA WINDOW ON THE PROPER SIGN UP SHEET.
