Boys Basketball-The 8th grade Gorham Ram Men’s team brought the pain & made it rain, devastating King Middle School in a fierce 38-34 victory. Part-time pop superstar Alex Owens and Caleb “Molotov” Dolloff threw down a scorching defense as Ryan Sullivan, Fengan Thompson, and Dan “Whattup Holmes!” supported in the effort. Damon Wallace showed some incredible offensive might while Elliot “Sharp n’ Shiney” Speirs swished a long bomb from downtown. As a whole, the team operated as a fine-tuned, well-oiled machine; bringin’ the D and moving onto a second straight win.

Girls Basketball-Yesterday the 8th Grade girls basketball team defeated King Middle School by a score of 31-17. Lexi Merrifield was the high scorer in the game with 16 points. Erin Smith, Mary Redmond & Jackson Marshall all played well for Gorham.

The 7th Grade Lady Rams had a very impressive win against King yesterday, 38-12. Our top scorer was Jessica Rexrode, with 8 points. Lindsay Babcock with 5 points. Meghan Cushing and Emily DeLuca each had 4 points. Katie Tucker had 6 points and Sam Robinson scored 2. Morgan Cushing and Bailey Drouin each scored a 3 pointer, and had a combined total of 8 points. Great job girls! Practice today at 3:30.
