Cafeteria & Recess announcement from Mrs. Hanley.
*water bottles and lunch boxes maybe brought out and set along side the building while people are playing;
*there is plenty of equipment to play with – we don’t want water bottles used as play equipment;
*remember to bring lunch boxes and water bottles back into the building if you brought one out.

Clubs

The craft club will meet 2 times a month on Tuesday’s beginning in September. Come learn to make jewelry, decorative painting, crocheting, quilting, card making, bookmark making, weaving, and fashion design. A sign up sheet is on the cafeteria wall. Gardening Club-Any student who participated in the summer gardening, please see Mrs. Whitaker. Also, anyone interested in joining the Gardening Club, please see Mrs. Whitaker.

School play – there will be a meeting from 11:15 – 11:45 on September 4th about auditions.

Music

The first meeting for band students will be on Wednesday during tutorial. Students need to eat first lunch and be in the band room for 11:15. 7th & 8th grade students get your lunch and bring it to the band room. This meeting is for students who already play, and also for any students who want to join for the first time.

Chorus sign up will be on Tuesday of next week. All 6th, 7th & 8th graders are welcome. We have a lot of fun events in Chorus again this year, so be sure to join. 7th & 8th grade chorus sign-up is at 10:50,
6th grade chorus sign-up is at 11:15 after 6th-grade lunch.

Sports

8th Grade boys soccer practice this afternoon from 2:30-4:00
