MATH
Math Team will be starting next Wednesday, October 21st, at 7:00am. Any 7th or 8th grader is welcome to join this challenging team. It will be held in A200, Mrs. McAtee’s room.

CHORUS
There is Chorus for 8th grade this morning at 8:05

GUITAR WORKSHOP
Do you play guitar? Are in interested in interacting with other guitar players? If so, join the Guitar Workshop. Please see Mr. Lambert in room B210 to sign up and get details!

DANCE
Don’t forget there is a dance this Friday, October 16th from 7-9pm Come dance the night away with all your friends!

CIVIL RIGHTS
There will be a Civil Rights Team meeting today in Ms. Rubin’s room until 3:30

CROSS COUNTRY
The Cross Country team had an outstanding victory over SMC at Narragansett yesterday. The girl’s team took 11 out of the first 13 places and finished with a perfect score. Top finishers for their grade levels were Jackie Turner, Ashley Woodbury and Emma Niles.

The boy’s team also scored a perfect 15. Leading the way for their grade level were Travis Grant, Tyler Bernaiche and Tristen Brunett.

7TH GRADE BOYS SOCCER
Congratulations to the 7th grade boy’s soccer team on their 6-0 victory over Westcott. The first two Ram goals were scored unassisted by Chandler Reagan. Doug Beahm blasted in the third Ram goal on a beautiful cross by Jackson Taylor. Cole Houghton riffled in the fourth Ram goal, assisted by Matt Hooker. Chandler Reagan added two more goals to his name, netting goals five and six. Chandler Reagan scored goal number five by putting on a nasty juggling display, juggling past the defender and then beating the goalie with a great shot. Andrew Schmidt and Tucker Gasowski recorded another clean sheet on the season in goal. The team’s intensity and tenacity held Wescott to zero shots on goal. Great job boys!! Practice today 2:30-4:00!! Also, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR RIDES PICK YOU UP AT GHS TONIGHT AT 7:45pm




GIRLS VOLLEYBALL
Any middle school girls interested in learning more about Volleyball: There is an informational meeting tomorrow, Friday, Oct. 16th at 7:45 in the cafeteria. Coach Curley would also like to invite you to their last home match tonight at Gorham High School at 6:00PM. It is free to get in!!

FIELD HOCKEY
The 8th grade Field Hockey team had a disappointing loss to Bonny Eagle 3-0 in the freezing cold. Great offense was played by all including Shelby Stack and Hannah Southard. Great defense was a group effort around the goal. Amazing job in goal by Bailey Drouin and Hannah Linscott.
